Boring Life  Went to the midnight release of Transformers 2 (which put me to bed at roughly 5am and ruined my sleeping schedule) and it was... alright. I was hoping something as great as the first, but... not really. I mean, it had AWESOME fights, but some places it tried too hard to be funny. Though, I did find it entertaining that Megan Fox's ass got a standing ovation. No, I wasn't in it... sure I looked, but hell, it was a nice view! Aaaaaanyway, the movie was decent. I swear my dad is just getting meaner and more grouchy the more he sits around the house not working. He's basically got anyone who spends a bit of time around him liking him less and less, like, counting the time he sent my bro's fiance storming out of the house and refusing to come back for like 2 weeks. I really hope he can get a job soon so he can stop being such a sour puss. I feel ooooooooooold! I know I'm just gonna turn 22, but I just feel old. Nothing much else to say about that. :P Oh, seems I... have another... crush. I try not to let it happen but it just wiggles itself back in there! Though, this is the first time the girls actually been YOUNGER than me. Hmm. Myeh, I always seem to fall for the girls that I probly have the slimmest chance with. Current mood:  hopeful.
So, last night we had a tornado! Was fun stuff. I knew it was going to rain and by the time I went out to do my 3rd dump of the night it was pouring so bad I couldn't even go outside. That's when the sirens started going off. Shortly after that the power went and the back up generator kicked in. Since there were a few lights on and the elevator were on the back up power I finished my work and it was all calm and quiet by the time I left work... power still gone. Few scattered debris on my way home. Sky was bright orange too! Kinda creepy and purty. Alright, that's all I really got to say, now back to watching Aladdin on Disney Channel. Current mood:  flirty.
Went to the dentist earlier today. Well, yesterday technically since it's 4am now. Anyway, was sitting there and he was cleaning the decay out of the tooth I was supposed to have a root canal on, but when he was done cleaning he said he couldn't see the nerve. So in the end he just filled it up with ceramic filling instead and told me if it started to hurt at all to come back. Hopefully the filling will be all that's needed for that tooth and I won't have to spend more on it. Now just hoping the other will be the same way. Oh, and it seems the root canal would have only cost me $575 without insurance which is like super cheap for one. I love my dentist! Heh, was lounging around the past few days watching E3 on tv. As a gaming nerd, I was in a spasm of joy the whole time. Final Fantasy 13, Assassins Creed 2, God of War 3, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2... I'm drooling just thinking of them. And with the money I didn't have to spend at the dentist I might actually be able to afford some of them, lawlz. Oh, last little tidbit, it seems parents and sister are going down to Houston tomorrow (or later today rather, god damn time making me all confuzzled) until tuesday to visit my grandmother after her back surgery and I'm going to have the house all to myself. Really do wish I could go too, but I work monday night so that's kind of out of the question. Ah well. Merg, 4am. I should be in bed but damn back is killing me. Evil back! *stabs it* Current mood:  uncomfortable.
Went to the dentist this morning and apparently I need 3 fillings and a root canal on two of my teeth. Getting it next friday, yeah, not gonna be much fun I think. The cherry on top, of course, is I have no insurance. Byebye cash! Current mood:  aggravated.
So, yeah, been forever since I've posted on here. Took me a bit to remember my password, hehe. Anyway... life... it's been... typical. Nothing great happening, bad things still a bit commonplace. So life's just... going. Recently decided that I wanted to try and write a book. Been having the idea for a while now and decided that now would be a pretty good time to try. Haven't yet figured if I want to post it online for everyone to read or keep it to myself and try to actually see if I can get it published. Love ya folks! Current mood:  contemplative.
So, I applied and registered for classes at the local community college. Failed the math pretty bad on the placement test so I'm going to have to take a pre-algebra class, but that's not too bad... I need the refresher. I'm a bit nervous about it though, it's been 3 years since I've been to school. Am taking pre-algebra, english, and history... pretty easy classes in my opinion. Well, wish me luck there! Oh yeah, my dad also got a new computer for himself so I took his old one. Had to buy myself a new monitor though, got a 19" LCD flat screen. I looooooooove it. I can play World of Warcraft, download stuff, and listen to music at the same time without any problems. It's greeeeeeat! He's doing pretty well right now though it seems, just feeling super icky. Think they start the actual bone marrow transplanting today, will put up more info on it once I know more. Oh oh oh, I went and finally saw I Am Legend yesterday and it was gooooooood. Then again, I typically like Will Smith movies (save Wild Wild West, ew). Has its up and downs but still a damn fine movie. Though I do agree with everyone else when they say the end was kind of iffy, but that wasn't really until like the VERY VERY end, so it doesn't really matter much since the rest o the movie was freaking sweet.
